About Us

Ocean Ridge Civic Association (ORCA) is a non-profit corporation organized under Rhode Island law to acquire, hold and dispose of property for the benefit of its members, and to protect the legal rights of its members relating to ORCA's club house, beach, boat landings, docks, parks, and other assets.
