Boat Ramp Access in 2025

IMPORTANT NOTICE
 
ORCA will be repairing and improving our boat ramp and adjacent areas in 2025, INCLUDING THE CHAIN LOCK TO ACCESS THE BOAT RAMP.  While much of the work has been completed, a new launch ramp will be installed in the fall.  The new boat ramp locks were installed on June 2, 2025.  All ramp keys used in 2024 or prior will not work in the new ramp locks and can be discarded.
 
ALL ORCA BOAT RAMP USERS WILL NEED TO RENT FROM ORCA A NEW KEY TO ACCESS THE BOAT RAMPS BEGINNING IN 2025.
 
To be eligible to rent an ORCA Boat Launch Key,
  1. your ORCA address must be located within the Ocean Ridge plat as described in ORCA’S BYLAWS (see Article IV of the bylaws),
  2. the key rental applicant must be an owner at such address, and
  3. the applicant must be an ORCA member in good standing to receive the membership discount.
To rent a key, print, fill out and sign the BOAT LAUNCH KEY RENTAL APPLICATION, But Do Not Mail the application to ORCA.
 
Boat Launch Key Rental Applications must be presented in person to an ORCA volunteer who is charged with distributing boat ramp keys.  If you missed one of the four Saturday's in April 2025 at the ORCA Clubhouse when we distributed keys to over 70 Ocean Ridge property owners, please Contact Us and your request for a key will be forwarded to the appropriate individual(s).
